I think the newborn age is something very unique, very special. To eternalize these days is momentous. This age takes to about maximum two weeks. From photography point of view the best interval is between the 5th and 10th days.

Babies are very quiet in these times. If they are not hungry, and the room is warm enough (26-27 C)

We can form cute poses without disturbing them. Over this age, a 3 weeks old baby for example can not be partner in it.

I love new born photography. Very exciting: there is no long time to prepare, we have to fix the date right after the day of birth, and the babies are very very different, and beautiful of course 

For such photography I alwaly propose the 11 o’clock as beginning time. We can never know how long it will takes – minimum 4 hours is planned.

Of course you can get photos not only about the baby, but parents, brother, sister or the family together can be in.
